I completed my Master's in social work (MSW) with dual specializations. One was community work & the other was human resource management (HR) and graduated from science.
At present I am working with Bharti Airtel Foundation.
Earlier I had Administering two NGOs one Shail Munch (www.shailmunch.com) & Manasi Trust ( www.manasitrust.com).
Earlier to this I am working with iVolunteer as Programme Assistant. But Recently worked as a Team Leader in Canada world's youth Project.
That was the beginning of my journey to involve in evaluative & research work. then I was involved with numerous social work activity related with
children, youths, and adult.
Also documenting the success stories of SHGs & VTC. And worked as a PARTICIPANT OBSERVER with villagers in Haryana (Hathin).
